FACILITY ETIQUETTE

ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL AND FOOD IS ALLOWED TO BE CONSUMED INSIDE THE FACILITY. The management will ask you to leave the premises if you violate this policy. 

 

You will be provided with a bathrobe, towel and a locker ( guests are welcome to bring their own bathrobe and towels). You will need to bring your bathing suit and flip flops. This is a co-ed facility and bathing suits are mandatory and nudity will not be permitted.

 

Please put your cell phone in a silent mode the moment you enter the building and lock up any valuables, including your cell phone, in the locker. Taking pictures and videos in the facilities is prohibited for privacy reasons.

 

Please take a shower before entering the saunas.

 

Please keep your voice low once you enter the building as this is a place of relaxation.

 

Please use caution when walking as the floors can be slippery.

 

Please arrive well hydrated, eat lightly 1-2 hours prior sauna, and drink plenty of water during and after your treatment.

 

It is necessary to restore water and mineral balance between the sauna sessions by drinking lots of water, herbal and fruit teas. Please bring your water bottle with you. We provide complementary variety of herbal tea of your choice and water.
